Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases made on our Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
Article 2 – Scope
These Terms apply without restriction to all sales made through somainecoon.com. Any order placed on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase subject to these Terms, which take precedence over any other document. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one published on the Site at the time of purchase.
Article 3 – Products
We offer two categories of products : digital products including eBooks and guides, delivered instantly by download upon payment confirmation, and physical products including all items available in our store such as personalized kits, grooming and care products, accessories, and any other Maine Coon lifestyle products, which are produced and/or shipped after order confirmation.
Article 4 – Orders
4.1 Placing an Order
To place an order, the customer selects the desired product(s), adds them to the cart, reviews the cart contents, enters delivery and payment information, and confirms acceptance of these Terms before finalizing payment.
The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of their order before confirming. Once payment is validated, an order confirmation email will be sent to the address provided.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the following cases: suspected fraud or abnormal purchasing behavior, payment failure, dispute related to a prior order, stock unavailability, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly and refunded in full if payment has already been taken.
4.2 Product Availability
Orders are fulfilled subject to product availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify the customer by email and offer a full refund.
4.3 Order Modification and Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed and payment processed, it cannot be modified. Cancellations are only possible in accordance with the return and refund policy set out below, or in cases of force majeure.
Article 5 – Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods made available at checkout through our payment provider Mollie. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Studio Evo Ltd does not store your full card details.
Article 7 – Delivery
Digital Products
Upon payment confirmation, digital products (eBooks, guides) are delivered instantly via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, please contact us at hello@somainecoon.com.
Physical Products
Physical products are made to order and shipped internationally to the delivery address provided by the customer. Estimated production and shipping timelines are indicated on each product page. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Article 8 – Receipt and Inspection
Upon receiving a physical order, the customer must inspect the package and its contents. Any visible damage must be reported to us at hello@somainecoon.com within 7 days of delivery, with clear photographs showing the damage. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Article 9 – Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of physical products transfers to the customer upon full payment. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.
Article 10 – Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy, published separately on the Site, for full details on eligibility, procedures, and timelines for returns and refunds. Key points are as follows.
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Personalized and made-to-order physical products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Non-personalized physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.
Article 11 – Right of Withdrawal
For customers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies to eligible physical products from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This right does not apply to digital products once accessed or downloaded, or to personalized and made-to-order items.
To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@somainecoon.com within the applicable period, clearly stating your intention to withdraw. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Article 12 – Warranties and Liability
Our products are designed to meet reasonable quality standards. In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Evo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
Article 13 – Intellectual Property
All content published on somainecoon.com, including but not limited to eBooks, guides, images, logos, text, and product designs, is the exclusive property of Studio Evo Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any form without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Article 14 – Personal Data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, published separately on the Site, and in compliance with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.
Article 15 – Cookies

Article 16 – Website Availability
We make every reasonable effort to keep the Site accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to suspend access temporarily for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from temporary unavailability of the Site.

Article 18 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer's country of residence.
