Refund Policy

At So Maine Coon, we stand behind the quality of every product in our store. Please read our refund policy carefully, as it differs depending on the type of product purchased.

Digital Products (eBooks & Guides)

Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales of eBooks and digital guides are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days at hello@somainecoon.com and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly.

Physical Products (Custom Kits & Made-to-Order Items)

Because our physical products — including Custom Diamond Painting Kits and Custom Paint by Numbers Kits — are made to order and personalized, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@somainecoon.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Eligibility for Returns (Non-Personalized Physical Items)

Should a non-personalized physical item be eligible for return, the following conditions apply: the item must be unused and in its original packaging, returned within 14 days of delivery, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
