Digital Products

All eBooks and digital guides are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation via a secure download link sent to your email address. No shipping applies.

If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, please contact us at hello@somainecoon.com.

Physical Products

All physical orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery time is approximately 10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and carrier.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to high demand, customs clearance, or carrier delays. These factors are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Shipping Destinations

We ship internationally. Available destinations are displayed at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us at hello@somainecoon.com with your order number and tracking number. We will investigate and, if the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, offer a replacement or full refund.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@somainecoon.com with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and personalized products require additional production time before shipment. Estimated timelines are indicated on each product page. These items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
